Descriptions
The Step 1 & Step 2 Group Lesson series helps new adults feel at home on the tennis court. Each series consists of four 60-minute sessions.
- Step 1:New to tennis? This is a great starting spot for you! Players learn the stroke technique, grips, scoring, positioning and court terminology.
- Step 2: Continuation of Step 1 and for those with some experience looking to get back into playing. These players have developed consistency to keep the ball in play. Great class for those who haven’t played tennis in years!
All lessons are taught by one of our full time USPTA certified teaching professionals.
Our “90-minute” drills are many ICT tennis players’ mainstay. They are fun, fast-paced and friendly. Each session is aimed at adults of a particular NTRP Skill Rating with a variety of options across the week, including NTRP 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+
Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group fitness program that combines tennis drills with continuous movement to deliver a full-body cardiovascular workout for players of all skill levels. Led by a coach, it blends hitting, footwork, and aerobic exercise into a fun, calorie-burning session that’s more about fitness and enjoyment than competitive play.
Age 50+ Drills are coach-led group sessions designed for older adults that combine tennis stroke practice with gentle, low-impact movement to keep players active, social, and on the court at a comfortable pace.
Both Drill & Play and Match Play are great ways to get semi-competitive match time, with a pro overseeing and offering light coaching along the way. Drill & Play, as the name suggests, starts with some skills practice, while Match Play cuts a little more to the chase.
