Support InnerCity Tennis
Help us reach our goal of 100 donors through the Aces & Ales Campaign.
The Gist
Aces & Ales is an absolute blast and an important fundraiser for our Community Programs. Expect a few courts each of:
- Lessons for new players
- Drills for experienced players
- Pick up tennis
- Multi-sport kids activities
Light snacks, water and soft drinks are complimentary. Beer & wine, complimentary of Fulton Brewing and Crow River Winery respectively, will be available for purchase. A food truck will be posted in the parking lot selling their delicious fare.
Yes indeed!
The scope and depth of InnerCity Tennis’ Community Programs, which primarily take place in collaboration with Minneapolis Public Schools, is remarkable. Learn more before the event and stop by the Community Programs table to meet our coaches.
Then, consider making a contribution to our Annual Campaign or buying a beer (or two), the proceeds of which all make our programs across our city possible.
Volunteer
Aces & Ales is not a complex event, but we still need some willing hands to help make it happen. If you would be willing to serve beer and wine, replenish snacks, greet at our welcome table, or help lead kids games and activities reach out to John Bussey at john.bussey@innercitytennis.org. Volunteers typically have shifts that last half the event and are, of course, provided with a complimentary ticket.
In-Kind Donations
A penny saved is a penny earned – and in this case, our greatest expense is beer and wine. If you have connections with a brewery, winery, or bottle shop willing to provide product for service we would be so appreciative. Reach out to John Bussey at john.bussey@innercitytennis.org to start a conversation.
